Day 1-USA-Barcelona
Overnight flight to Barcelona, Spain. Dinner, movie, and breakfast on board.

Day 2-Barcelona

Welcome to Spain. Our representatives will meet you after clearing customs, and you’ll be transferred to your centrally located hotel. Barcelona is located in the northeastern part of Spain 90 miles south of the French border. People from all around the world enjoy visiting this city for its individuality, cultural interest and physical beauty. When Hans Christian Andersen visited in 1862, he remarked that Barcelona was the "Paris of Spain." You're likely to agree. The city is a major cultural center with a fascinating history. Everywhere are archives, libraries, museums and buildings of interest - plus superb examples of modernist and Art Nouveau décor and architecture. In the afternoon, we will go on a sightseeing tour of the city and we'll show you the center of the city with its dramatic architecture, gothic quarter, shopping, parks and museums. Return to your hotel in the early evening. Overnight in Barcelona.

Day 3-Barcelona
Today is a perfect opportunity to see more of Barcelona, stroll Las Ramblas, a wonderfully vibrant part of the city where street vendors and performers vie for your attention, taste tapas, and be wowed by Antonio Gaudi's architectural flights of fancy, including the unfinished masterpiece Sagrada Familia. Explore the many churches and cathedrals of Barcelona and discover the city's modernist architecture along Paseo de Gracia.  Come evening try not miss "paella", the Spanish national dish. It's a delicious combination of seafood, chicken and vegetables mixed together with saffron-colored rice.  The Euro (EUR), the currency of the European Union, is the official currency of Spain. Many stores and restaurants also accept major credit cards, which usually offer you a good exchange rate. When shopping, remember there is a Value-Added Tax added to most purchases. Day 4: Embarkation- Sailing at 5:00PM

Following breakfast you will be taken to the Port of Barcelona. Set sail at 5:00 pm on your 7 Night Mediterranean Cruise.

Day 5: Provence (Toulon), France

Arrive 7:00am - Depart  5:00pm 


Ships, ships and more ships. Toulon is France's exciting naval epicenter. Bobbing sailboats dot its busy harbor. On land you'll find tons of maritime museums, ancient fortresses and a fair share of sailors. And in true French fashion you'll also find plenty of stylish spots for shopping and lunching. But what really makes this seaport so special is its proximity to glitzy Saint-Tropez and the Côte d'Azur.

Day 6: Villefranche (Nice) France
Arrive 7:00am - Depart  7:00pm

Villefranche is your gateway to the one-of-a-kind French Riviera, home to Monte Carlo, Cannes and Nice. Shaded by jagged mountains touching deep blue shores, Villefranche offers sunny beaches, sophisticated resort cities, quaint red-roofed villages and spectacular views.

Day 7: Livorno (Florence/Pisa), Italy
Arrive 7:00am - Depart  7:00pm

Livorno, in the Tuscan region of Italy, is ideally located for exploring some of the most beautiful cities in Italy, including Florence and Pisa. Florence is most noted as the birthplace of the Renaissance. Highlights include impressive piazzas and an incomparable 15th-century skyline - sure to offer charm and an unforgettable experience to any visitor.

Day 8: Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy
Arrive 7:00am - Depart  7:00pm

Civitavecchia is the gateway to all the magnificence of the ancient city of Rome. Whether it's the Forum, the Sistine Chapel, the Pantheon or St. Peter's Basilica that sparks your interest and intellect, Rome is home to a lifetime's worth of historical, architectural and spiritual sites. Depending on traffic, the drive from Civitavecchia to Rome takes approximately an hour and a half.

Day 9: Naples, Capri, Italy
Arrive 7:00am - Depart  7:00pm

Naples is not only picturesque, it's also one of the world's greatest cultural centers, filled with extraordinary works of art and architecture in the classical Greek and Roman styles. Several interesting tours are available of the city itself and the fascinating places that lie just outside of Naples.

Day 10: Cruising

Day 11: Barcelona – USA
Arrive Barcelona at 6:00am
After breakfast on board, disembark from your ship. Our representatives will be waiting for you to transfer you to Barcelona airport 
for your return flight home, arriving later today.
