A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per person is due by credit card. Final payment is due at least 90 days prior to departure and may be charged in full if desired, forfeiting 3% of any applicable discount or commission. A credit card charge authorization form will be mailed out with the confirmation invoice. This form must be signed and returned before we can issue and mail travel documents. Thank you.

Prices are per person, based on double occupancy and do not include U.S. airport departure taxes or $16.00 Federal Express travel documents shipment fee. Rates are based on airfares, hotel costs, and currency exchange rates in effect at time of publication, and are subject to change without notice. Prices are guaranteed only after full payment is received.

- Land Only Fee: $50.00 per person when air is not purchased
- Late Bookings made 45 days prior to departure: $35.00
- U.S. airport departure taxes vary between $160 and $190
- Travel documents Federal Express shipping fee $10.00
- Reissue of air tickets: $175 to $200 plus any applicable airfare difference
Sun Holidays offers Full Travel Protection Insurance at excellent rates and will gladly include a quote with your confirmation invoice. Travel insurance can also be purchased online from our website at www.sunholidaytours.com
Travel documents will be shipped by Federal Express to the address on file approximately 3 weeks prior to departure. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that Sun Holidays has the correct shipping address on file. Additional fees will be assessed for address corrections once the documents have been sent. Duplicate documents may be re-shipped for a $25.00 per booking reshipping fee (does not cover any changes or reissue fees).
Sun Holidays does all possible to confirm the most convenient air schedule and lowest fare for our customers. In the event an airline's schedule requires an overnight hotel stay, the cost of the hotel is the passenger's responsibility. Scheduled carriers offer a wide range of low-cost air add-ons from many US gateways, which are posted on the brochure and on our website. Sun Holidays is not responsible for airline schedule changes and or delays, misconnection, forced overnights, loss or damaged baggage, and any other costs derived from these type of situations beyond our control. It is strongly advised to allow between 3 and 4 hours between flights in order to avoid missing connections.

A U.S. passport valid beyond the intended date of return is required for travel overseas. Some countries may require visas for US citizens. Please check with the corresponding consulates prior to leaving the US. Non-U.S. citizens should contact their corresponding consulate/embassy to determine what documentation is required. Sun Holidays assumes no responsibility if a traveler is refused entry into a country for any reason. It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure that all travel documents are valid and current.

All travel services offered in this brochure and on our website are reserved or purchased from overseas suppliers. Sun Holidays cannot assume any liability whatsoever for injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence of, or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company, airline, or person rendering any of the services included in these tours, or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage, changes or delays due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, acts of war, terrorism, weather or other causes beyond our control. No responsibility is accepted for additional expenses, omissions, schedule changes, forced stopovers, rerouting, or acts of any governments or authority. We reserve the right to decline or accept any person as a member of any of our tours and to cancel any tour without prior notice. Any and all disputes concerning this contract, the brochure or other literature about your trip or the trip itself shall be resolved solely and exclusively by binding arbitration according to the then current commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such arbitration will take place in Palm Beach County, Florida (or the closest AAA to Palm Beach County). In any such arbitration, the substantive (but not procedural) law of Florida will apply.
