DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per person is due immediately via credit card. Final payment is due at least 70 days prior to departure (120 days for early birds) and may be charged in full if desired, forfeiting 3% of any applicable discount. A credit card charge authorization form will be mailed out with your confirmation invoice. This form must be signed and returned before we can issue and mail travel documents. Thank you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS 
Travel documents will be shipped by Federal Express to the address on file approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that Sun Holidays has the correct shipping address on file. Additional fees will be assessed for address corrections once the documents have been sent. Duplicate documents may be re-shipped for a $50.00 per person reshipping fee (does not cover any changes or reissue fees).

CANCELLATION FEES: (per person): 

Cancellations received: 

Up to 48 hours after booking: $35

70 or more days prior to departure: $300

69 to 45 days prior to departure: $350

44 to 14 days prior to departure: $500

13 days prior to departure: No Refund

Escorted tours are fully non-refundable within 30 days of departure 

The airline ticket portion of your trip is non-refundable. Airline tickets are issued upon receipt of final payment. All cancellations must be advised in writing . PLEASE NOTE: THESE CANCELLATION FEES SUPERSEDE ANY OTHERS PRINTED ON ANY OF OUR CATALOGS. 

CANCELLATION FEES per person– CRUISES & CRUISE-TOURS:

Cancellations received: 

Up to 48 hours after booking: $35

91 days or more prior to departure:    10% of full fare

90 to 61 days prior to departure:        30% of full fare

60 to 31 days prior to departure:        50% of full fare

30 to 16 days prior to departure:        75% of full fare

15 days or less prior to departure:      100% (full fare)

The airline ticket portion of your trip is non-refundable.  Airline tickets are issued upon receipt of final payment. All cancellations must be made in writing.

CHANGE/REVISION FEES (per person):

70 days or more prior to departure: $35.00 

69 to 40 days prior to departure: $100.00 plus applicable air ticket change fees.

39 to 15 days prior to departure: $200.00 plus applicable air ticket change fees.

Other change/revisions fee may apply for Cruises and Cruise-tours, depending on each Cruise Line rules.  Changes or Revisions made 14 days or less prior to departure will be considered as a regular cancellation subject to full cancellation fees.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES (per person):

Land Only Fee: $49.00 (Does not include airport transfers)

Late Bookings made 45 days prior to departure:   $25.00

U.S. airport security fees and fuel surcharge: vary by route

U.S. airport departure taxes vary between $160 and $190

Travel documents Federal Express shipping fee    $7.50 ($15 for Singles)

Reissue of air tickets: $150 to $200 plus any applicable airfare difference.

The membership fees are as follows:

1 year-membership: $25 per household
2 year-membership: $35 per household
3 year-membership: $50 per household
Includes you and your spouse, or domestic partner, and any unmarried children under the age of 18 living at home and traveling with you. Membership fees for singles are half of the fees for households.

 

 

 

PACKAGE PRICES: 

Prices are per person, based on double occupancy and do not include U.S. airport departure taxes or $15.00 Federal Express travel documents shipment fee. Please read notices posted on each price chart. Rates are based on airfares, hotel costs, and currency exchange rates in effect at time of publication, and are subject to change without notice.   Prices are guaranteed only after full payment is received by Sun Holidays. 

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: 

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO PURCHASE TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE. A Customize Service Administrators (CSA) travel insurance brochure/application form describing coverage and rates is sent to all customers along with the initial confirmation invoice. Premiums are payable directly to CSA.

Please note that final travel documents are sent out by Federal Express approximately 3 weeks prior to departure

AIR/HOTEL/TOUR ARRANGEMENTS: 

Sun Holidays does all possible to confirm the most convenient air schedule and lowest fare for our customers. Scheduled carrier flights can be non-stop, or direct (which means a connection and or change of planes is required). In the event an airline’s schedule requires an overnight hotel stay, the cost of the hotel is the passenger’s responsibility. Scheduled carriers offer a wide range of low-cost air add-ons from many US gateways, which are posted on the brochure and on our website. Sun Holidays is not responsible for airline schedule changes and or delays, misconnection, forced overnights, loss or damaged baggage, and any other costs derived from these type of situations beyond our control. It is strongly advised to allow between 3 and 4 hours between flights in order to avoid missing connections.  Sun Holidays reserves the right to correct promotional or price errors at any time, due to the changes in conversion rate, airfare, hotel, cruise, and or tour costs. Hotels are subject to change. If the same category hotel is not available for any reason, the passenger will be allowed to cancel without penalty.

PASSPORTS & VISAS: 

A U.S. passport valid beyond the intended date of return is required for travel overseas.  Some countries may require visas for US citizens. Please check with the corresponding consulates prior to leaving the US.  Non-U.S. citizens should contact their corresponding consulate/embassy to determine what documentation is required. Sun Holidays assumes no responsibility if a traveler is refused entry into a country for any reason. It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure that all travel documents are valid and current.

The responsibility of SUN HOLIDAYS, INC., your tour operator, located at 7932 Sand Lake Rd., Suite 302, Orlando FL. 32819, is strictly limited. All travel services offered in this brochure and on our website are reserved or purchased from overseas suppliers. Sun Holidays, Inc. cannot assume any liability whatsoever for injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence of, or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company, airline, or person rendering any of the services included in these tours, or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage, changes or delays due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, acts of war, terrorism, weather or other causes beyond our control. No responsibility is accepted for additional expenses, omissions, schedule changes, forced stopovers, rerouting, or acts of any governments or authority. We reserve the right to decline or accept any person as a member of any of our tours and to cancel any tour without prior notice. Sun Holidays has provided the most accurate and up-to-date information possible. We reserve the right to correct errors if necessary.
